I have used Nikki’s echinacea tincture for short periods over the winter months as part of my wellness routine. When I had mild cough symptoms I also mixed with the elderberry tincture. My favourite way of drinking it was with the blueberry juice from heating blueberries for pancakes and draining the juice off – that became known as my Nikki shot at the beginning of lockdown. Otherwise I would add it to the female tonic tea or hot blackcurrant juice.
