Welcome!
Hi there! I’m Nikki – founder of Nikki Hill Apothecary, fully qualified Naturopath, Clinical Nutritionist, and Medical Herbalist. I love helping women balance their hormones naturally, ease period and hormonal symptoms, and feel amazing in their bodies again.
I started Nikki Hill Apothecary after seeing so many women in my clinic struggling with similar hormonal issues. I wanted to create a range of beautiful, therapeutic products you can use every day—not just to relieve symptoms, but to nourish your body and help prevent long-term hormonal imbalance.

yourself than
now
Most of the women I work with are in their 30s to early 50s, juggling work, family, and a never-ending to-do list. Throw in social media, emails, and mobile phones, and it’s no wonder it’s hard to switch off! Years of stress, poor sleep, unbalanced blood sugar, and lifestyle pressures can really take a toll on your hormones.
Signs like energy slumps, sugar cravings, restless sleep, or cold hands and feet? That’s your body asking for a reset. Sometimes it’s as simple as moving gently with yoga, pilates, or tai chi, going to bed earlier, meditating, or improving your nutrition. My products are designed to support your body during these stressful times, ease your symptoms, and help balance your hormones while you make these lifestyle tweaks.
Need a little extra support?
I also offer personalised services to guide you every step of the way. This is especially helpful if your symptoms are chronic or intense, if you’re unsure where to start, or if you’re feeling overwhelmed and want to dig deeper into your hormonal health.
My goal is simple: I want you to thrive and feel fabulous all month, every month!

5 fun facts
about me!
1. I am an Aussie girl and came to the UK in 2004 for a 3-month European adventure…. And I am still here!
2. I met my English husband on a yoga retreat in India while living in London. We married soon after and moved up North to Wilmslow, Cheshire, after our youngest child was born. What was meant to be 6 months has now turned into 15 years!
3. As a teenager, I lived in Hong Kong, and after school, I spent a year in Japan studying Japanese. Early exposure to Asian cultures influenced my love of Eastern medicine and inspired me to become a naturopath.
4. I absolutely love Scandi-style interiors. While renovating our home, I embraced a clean, minimal, yet cosy style – big windows for natural light and houseplants everywhere. It reminds me a little of home and makes me happy.
5. When I’m not seeing clients, drinking tea, or making my products, you’ll find me on the sidelines of my children’s rugby or football games – or playing team sports myself. I especially love padel tennis and cricket.
