Relieve muscular aches and pains with these beautiful hand blended, mineral rich salts infused with eucalyptus, geranium and juniper essential oils.

Key Ingredients

Epsom salt - contains high levels of magnesium that helps relieve tired and achy muscles.

Himalayan salt - contains 84 minerals that help cleanse, detoxify and revitalise the skin.

Eucalyptus, geranium + juniper - a gorgeous uplifting and detoxifying blend of essential oils to help relieve muscular aches and pain.

Ritual

Add a couple of handfuls of salts to running warm bath water. Before you step in, brush your hand over any remaining grains to ensure they are all fully dissolved. Soak and relax for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!

Top tip - Try adding a handful of the salts to a carrier oil of choice (such Sweet Almond oil) to create an invigorating natural body or foot scrub! Rinse off in shower or bath

    There are bath salts and then there’s Nikki Hill bath salts…….not only does your bathroom smell like an expensive spa they are stunning to have on display (unless you have an inquisitive toddler!!!). This is pure bliss a moment of self care and you’ll feel a million dollars. I don’t think I could use another brand as these are just perfect. A beautiful gift for a special person or treat yourself.

    I LOVE the smell of these salts – so invigorating and fresh. I have been adding them to sweet almond oil as you suggested and making this into a scrub! I love it so much! The smell is amazing and my skin feels so soft afterwards.
