Description

A deeply relaxing bath & body oil to help relax muscles and ease discomforts. It is especially helpful for period pain, back ache and pelvic inflammatory disease. Massage the oil where needed as often as required.

Caution: Avoid in pregnancy

Key Ingredients

Lavender:
An effective anti-inflammatory that improves blood flow and can help reduce period cramps, and ease headaches associated with menstruation.

Sweet majoram:
Contains analgesic properties so is useful for headaches, migraines, swollen joints, and muscular pain. It is also antispasmodic so useful for intestinal cramps, period pain, muscular cramp and IBS.

Clary sage:
A powerful antispasmodic so useful for cramps, labour pain, period pain, muscular spasms. It is also a hormone balancer so useful for irregular periods, PMS and during menopause

Roman chamomile:
A great antispasmodic and relaxant so is useful for IBS, muscular spasm, cramp and period pain.

Ritual

For Bath: After you have run the bath, add a small amount of the oil, then hop in, relax and inhale deeply.

For Body: Pour a small amount into the palm of your hand + gently massage on damp skin after bathing/showering.

    Absolute heaven in a bottle…. I purchased this deep comfort bath and body oil and put some in my bath and I felt so relaxed.
    The oils smell absolutely amazing and my skin felt amazing and so soft with a lovely scent after using this product.
    I also massages the oil into my skin after a shower and I felt some refreshing and relaxed.

    This oil is amazing. You can either rub into abdomen or back for relief or add to bath. Works quickly and can be used as much or as little as required. An essential!

    This is a great product for my pelvic pain and pudendal neuralgia. It helps reduce the pain and pins and needles. It is such a lovely oil anyways and I have noticed my skin tone improve as I use it. I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs some self care.

    The deep comfort bath & body oil has been a must have in my bathroom especially for times when my period cramps are intense, all I have to do is reach for this never ending bottle of magic and massage it into my back and abdomen. Within 10 minutes the cramps undoubtedly either ease off or go away entirely. Its my secret weapon against period cramps and it’s so lovely to add to your bath water especially if you have dry skin or eczema. Oh and the smell makes you instantly relax! I would Highly recommended to anyone struggling with cramps or if in need of some TLC. Thank you Nikki for such an amazing product. Xx
