Date: SUNDAY 9th OCTOBER, 2022
10.15am Jenna Robins – Tai chi and Qi Gong session* (suitable for beginners) tailored to help manage menopausal symptoms
11am Jenna Robins – Discover a 6 minute simple moving mediation sequence, with breath work and focused mindfulness for positive change, healing and good health.
11.15am Refreshments – Nourishing snacks and drinks with Nikki Hill.
11.45am Open discussion and Q & A with Dr Liz Andrew + Nikki Hill – Understand what’s happening to your hormones during the menopausal years, medical options available and support; plus a Q&A – come and get all your questions answered around HRT- the risks, benefits, different types available, who to see for help. Learn easy tips you can apply immediately to your diet and lifestyle to help manage your symptoms through the menopause years and beyond.
1.15pm Lunch – Nutritious buffet with local produce. A chance to speak to experts and make new friends in a safe environment.
2.30pm Tranquil Meditation, Reflection and Closing Tea ceremony
Nikki Hill Apothecary Shop will be open and products will be available to buy at a special, retreat day rate. Includes herbal teas, tinctures, candles, bath & body collection, plus Wild Nutrition Supplements. Jenna will also have her book available to buy – THE 6 MINUTE METHOD: Energy Medicine for Wellbeing & Vitality.
*Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and trainers or pumps for outside. Bring layers for warmth if needed on the day.
