I suffer from heavy and painful periods, the type that even a double dose of painkillers doesn’t shift. This tea is honestly a game changer, it massively helps my period pains, I can feel a difference after one cup, sometimes if it’s really bad I have 2 cups back to back and it almost shifts the pain completely. I couldn’t be without it now. Thank you Nikki!

Writing this in the hope it helps others – I’ve been having this tea religiously every morning for over a month, along with the ‘chase tree organic tincture’, so the only thing I would say is that I don’t know which of these products is working the most magic! After coming off the pill, for months my cycles were irregular, my mood was terrible (I felt like I didn’t know who I was!) skin was bad, I had sore boobs and bad cramps the week before my period. Since using both the tea and the tincture, every single one of these has improved beyond comprehension. I have still got a bit of breakout before my period but for two cycles now, I’ve had no soreness or cramps and best of all, no irrational mood swings that get me down.

This genuinely has made such a difference to me, thank you so much Nikki – I am recommending to anyone else with bad PMS! x

Since using this tea in my most recent bleed I’ve noticed a huge difference in such a short space of time. I usually have at least 1 day with cramps so bad I need to take painkillers, which I’d really rather not do. I didn’t have to take any in this last one. I love the tea, I love the ritual of creating it and sipping it mindfully. The taste is delicate and comforting. Complimented with salt baths, this is an essential item for all women, especially heavy/crampy bleeders. Thank you Nikki x

I’ve struggled with irregular cycles since having my daughter. My period has also been both heavy and painful. This tea has made a real difference. Thanks so much Nikki!
