Key Ingredients


Sage leaf:

Mildly oestrogenic and has astringent and anti-perspirant effect, making it effective in reducing hot flushes and night sweats. It contains powerful antioxidants that are known to combat the aging of cells.


Helps to balance the hormones and tones the reproductive system. Reduces menopausal anxiety and tension.

Lemon balm:

Is a diaphoretic herb which helps cool the body down which can help reduce hot flushes. It is also a calming herb so good for the nervous system.


Gorgeous smelling rose has a hormone balancing effect on the female reproductive system, regulating periods and lessening premenstrual and menopausal irritability.

Licorice root:

Licorice root can help to reduce the occurrence of hot flushes — and how long they last — in women entering menopause. It also have oestrogen-like effects, and it may be effective in improving respiratory health and reducing overall stress.



Shatavari contains natural hormone phyto-oestrogen precursors that have renowned health benefits for women. As a sweet, cooling, nourishing and soothing herb it is considered by Ayurvedic practitioners to be the perfect energetic balance to clear some of the uncomfortable menopausal hot flushes, night sweats, memory loss, anxiety and dryness in the body.

Meno-ease tea

Place 1 heaped teaspoon into a teapot with an infuser or use my handy glass tea infuser. Add 1 cup (250ml) of boiling water. Allow to infuse for 5 minutes. Strain and serve. Drink 1 - 3 cups per day. Delicious hot or cold. A lot of my clients love to make a big batch and leave it overnight in the fridge and drink cold the next day.

Shatavari Tincture

Take 1/2 tsp in a little water twice a day.
