Key Ingredients
Epsom salt - contains high levels of magnesium that helps relieve tired and achy muscles and aid sleep.
Himalayan salt - helps cleanse, detoxify and revitalise the skin.
Rose geranium, lavender + sweet orange - a gorgeous relaxing blend of essential oils to help you de-stress and unwind.
Ritual
Add a couple of handfuls of salts to running warm bath water. Before you step in, brush your hand over any remaining grains to ensure they are all fully dissolved. Soak and relax for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!

I cannot recommend these bath salts enough! Having suffered with poor sleep due to fibromyalgia I have tried many bath salts in the past. However these are in a completely different league. First of all they smell divine, such a beautiful calming scent, almost intoxicating. I become instantly relaxed and whenever I have used them (I alternate with magnesium salts) I fall asleep almost as soon as I get into bed! And more importantly I have a much deeper sleep which people with fibromyalgia can often lack. I bought the glass jar and scoop as a treat to myself, but they would make a fabulous gift. These bath salts are my current obsession! I bought for myself as I’ve always been a bath salt fan and loved the combination of rose and lavender. Well, they are now my absolute faves above any other brand I’ve tried. They smell amazing and genuinely are so beautifully relaxing. I’m bathing more than ever as it feels like such a lovely treat. I’ve also purchased as a gift a couple of times and adore the little wooden scoop which you can add. The perfect present.

Oh my goodness !!!!!! The smell of these salts will have you soaking for hours in the tub daily. I was gifted these salts at Christmas (along with most of Nikki’ s stock I think) from my family , with 6 kids they know I need to take time for myself and relax. Well there is no option not too with these bath salts, the first bath I had with these no lies I fell asleep in the bath….. they not only relax you your skin smells so pretty and no need for moisturiser either.
