Ritual

Place 1 heaped teaspoon into a teapot with an infuser or use my handy glass tea infuser. Add 1 cup (250ml) of boiling water. Allow to infuse for 5 minutes. Strain and serve. Drink 1 - 3 cups per day. Delicious hot or cold. A lot of my clients love to make a big batch and leave it overnight in the fridge and drink cold the next day.

I bought this tea a few years ago to help combat my night sweats and it helped tremendously. They returned again a few months ago and I thought I should try this tea again. Well I am back on it and everything is already calming down and I’m getting a better night’s sleep. Thank you Nikki!
