    I found Nikki on Instagram. I started with her digestive tea as I was suffering heartburn and digestive problems. At the time I was seeing a reflexologist for anxiety and stress which had bought on these troubles. After drinking her tea and taking ashwagandha root tincture my symptoms improved and my reflexologist was amazed at the improvement and asked for her site too. 
    I’m not usually a herbal tea drinker but it spurred me into trying more of her teas and I have recommended them to two of my friends, one of whom I know has already made a purchase from her and is now enjoying her tea too.
    I’m very happy and glad to have found Nikki. Not only are her teas therapeutic but taste delicious too. Nikki is so friendly and helpful and I love receiving my parcels which are beautifully presented and wrapped with care.

    I have been struggling with very bad anxiety and was recently diagnosed with PTSD. I’m very wary of pharmaceuticals and wanted to try herbal remedies first. I came across Nikki’s Apothecary and the Ashwaghanda tincture, I have been taking it for about a month now and I’d never be without it now! I have even recommended it to my friends and clients. Its really helped to ease the horrible side effects of anxiety, and I have been sleeping through for a full 6 hours (compared to the 2/3 hours I’d been getting before starting the tincture)

    I have been taking Ashwagandha for the last few months as work and life is really stressful at the moment and I suffer with anxiety. This herb has been a life saver. I feel calmer and more in control and although I still feel stressed, I don’t feel like hiding under a rock. Highly recommend!
