Week 3 Detoxification

Understanding the organs involved in detoxification and simple things you can do daily to support this process. We’ll also look at hormonal disruptors in the environment, food, cleaning products and cosmetics and how you can reduce your exposure to them and recommend safer, non-toxic alternatives.

Week 4 Movement

No more slogging it at the gym and getting no where. We will help you ascertain the right amount and type of exercise that is appropriate for you to help support your hormones get rid of stubborn body fat once and for all, while building muscle and reducing stress on your joints.
